Terms & Conditions

Receipt of your documents constitutes agreement to all of the terms and conditions of the fares of the airline tickets. Processing fees are NON REFUNDABLE.

Itinerary Information

Pioneer Travel is not responsible for any incorrect information after 24 business hours of receipt of the the itinerary.

Emergency Line - After Hours

For emergency calls after hours please call 800-823-3370. There is a $20 service fee for every call off hours plus any regular service fees.

Non-Refundable Ticket Policy

Tickets that are labeled as non-refundable may be subject to change fees plus a difference in fares if you choose to change them. Changes are not guaranteed.

ID Requirements

For all domestic and international travel a government issued ID and/or passport are required.

Hazardous Material
